Winter Swim on Lake Rosseau

Our friend Lena Patten, of Hilltop Interiors in Rosseau, took a chilly swim on Saturday, February 12th in the annual Polar Dip. This year’s plunge was in support of the “Free the Children” initiative; with the fundraising portion organized by Courtney Nickel of Pride Marine Group. Courtney also braved the icy waters!

The team at Pride of Rosseau was delighted with the view across the bay this afternoon. At about 3:30 this afternoon we watched nine whitetail deer walking across the ice… This is one of the true joys of a Muskoka winter.
